Contact lists

Create contact

If the contact is not in HubSpot yet you simply create it and choose the correct Contact List.

Update contact

If the contact is already in HubSpot you go to the Contact and select the correct list in the dropdown for example FIBO Most Wanted or HFA Target list. 

If you want to select more in one go go to the contact list and select several and cllick Edit > Contact Lists

View contacts

If you want to view your list of contacts for these lists find the pre created, corresponding View and add it as a tab.

Contacts > Add view > Search for the view > Click on correct view under Created by others
