How do I as a Sales Rep apply for one of my customers to become a Eleiko Certified Strength Facility? 

How to get a gym Certify a Strength Facility – Step-by-Step in HubSpot

1. Sales Rep: Apply for Certification

  1. Go to the correct Company record in HubSpot.

  2. In the section “Eleiko Enterprise Properties”, click “Apply for Certified Facility.”

    • This section only appears if the company has a Segmentation set (i.e., is linked to Enterprise).

2. Regional Manager: Approve the Application

  1. When the application is submitted, an automatic email is sent to the Regional Manager. 

  2. Anyone of the Regional managers (Andreas A, Dale, Ralph, Johan A, Magnus and Oskar R - as of December 2025) can update “Approved Certified Facility” in HubSpot.

  3. Once approved, the company automatically receives the Certification Mark in HubSpot.

3. Sales Rep: Add the Certification Seal to the Order

  1. After approval, an automatic email is sent to the Sales Rep and he/she can continue with the process outside of HubSpot. See document in Eleiko Tribe: Eleiko Certified Strength Facility​
