Notifications/Deal moved regarding Expiry Date and Estimated Shipping Date.

You will receive emails when your deals are close to breaching or have breached the Expiry Date or Estimated Shipping Date.

Email 7 days before the EXPIRY DATE passes:

You will get an email when the expiry date of your quote will breach within the next 7 days.

In this email, you find all the necessary information about how to handle this issue.

Email 1 day after the EXPIRY DATE has passed:

You will get an email when the expiry date of your quote has been breached.

If the deal is in the stages Quote Sent or Negotiation the system will move your quote/deal automatically to the sales stage Close Lost and add the Lost reason to it.

You can put the deal back for example to Negotiation and work on it. But don't forget to extend the valid time for this quote, otherwise, it will move again directly to Close Lost.

Email 14 days before the ESTIMATED SHIPPING DATE passes:

You will get an email when the estimated shipping date of your quote will breach within the next 14 days.

In this email, you find all the necessary information about how to handle this issue.

Email 1 day after the ESTIMATED SHIPPING DATE has passed:

You will get an email when the estimated shipping date of your quote has been breached.

The system will send you a last reminder mail to update your estimated shipping date. If you will not update it, your country manager will get automatically information about that.

Why we are doing this?

The supply chain is looking at active quotes in correspondence with their estimated shipping date to be able to create the correct purchase orders for the right amount of products. This will bring us a huge step forward in terms of stock, liquidity, and efficient growth.
