Send bulk emails to all your contacts

As a sales rep you might want to send the same email to all your current contacts.

SET UP YOUR CONTACTS

Before you can send the email you need to make sure you have all your contacts set up properly:

  • Check contacts where you are the owner and ensure the information is correct
    • Find the list by going to Contacts and filter the list so you see the contacts to which you are the contact owner by selecting Contact owner > Me.

    • Make sure your contacts has an email address 
    • Ensure fields are filled in properly completed, particularly independent first name/last name so that you can personalize your emails. 
  • Remove contacts that should not be on your list by setting the Contact owner to "No owner".
  • Add missing contacts and list yourself as the contact owner
  • Once you have confirmed your list - inform Surya or Kajsa who will set those contacts to marketing contacts.

Do not forget to contact Surya or Kajsa each time a new email is going to be sent since new contacts might have been added to the list. 

SEND THE BULK EMAIL

When this is done you are ready to create and send your email!

These lists in the above video include all contacts which you are the owner of at the moment. This could also mean any prospects that you have added to HubSpot but maybe not been in contact with yet.

Make sure to review your own contacts before you send the email.
